ORDER ON MOTION TO CONTINUE Pursuant to written notification from the complainant filed December 23, 2002, in accordance with Decision No. 2002-103 dated September 11, 2002, and written notifi-cation from the respondent filed January 6, 2003, agreeing to complainant’s request, it is ORDERED that this matter stand continued on the PELRB’s docket of cases until February 10, 2003, at which time these proceedings shall be administratively dismissed unless either party has filed a written request that the PELRB proceed to schedule a preliminary hearing on respondent’s pending Motion to Dismiss and, if required, a subsequent hearing on the merits.
