MOTION TO CONTINUE

Pursuant to written notification from the complainant dated January 2, 2003, that it seeks to have this matter held in abeyance pending proceedings before an arbitrator which may be dispositive of this unfair labor practice complaint and written concurrence by the respondent of the same date, it is

ORDERED that this matter stand continued on the PELRB’s docket of cases until thirty (30) days after the date of the arbitrator’s award or July 1, 2003, whichever comes first. If neither party shall have sought an additional hearing, inclusive of a pre-hearing conference, within thirty (30) days of the date of the arbitrator’s award or before July 1, 2003, whichever comes first, this matter shall thereafter be dismissed from the PELRB’s docket of cases. This order further affirms the parties’ stipulation that the Union agrees to provide a copy of the arbitrator’s award to the PELRB within ten (10) days of its date of issuance.
