ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification from the representative for the complainant stating that IBPO Local 314, wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice charge against the City of Somersworth for failure to pay overtime arbitration award compensation to persons who had separated employment, for refusing to permit employee to return to work under "light duty" with doctor's note, sub contracting unit (parking enforcement) work, breach of contract and refusal to bargain. it is ORDERED that the unfair labor practice charge be and the same hereby is, DISMISSED.  Signed this 18th day of April, 2002. /s/Jack Buckley JACK BUCKLEY Chairman Back
