ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification from the representative for the complainant stating that the International Chemical Workers Union Council, UFCW wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice charge against Hillsborough County Nursing Home for retaliatory conduct against head nurses, unilateral implementation of evaluation program, violation of status quo principal and adhering to non-workable grievance proposal, all in violation of the obligation to bargain and anti-intimidation provisions of the Act, it is ORDERED that the unfair labor practice charge be and the same hereby is, DISMISSED without prejudice.
