ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification from the representative for the complainant stating that the Seabrook Police Association, wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice charge against the Town of Seabrook for unilateral change to established and agreed upon working conditions, namely permanent shift assignments, refusal to bargain, violation of "sidebar" and interference with union Administration, it is ORDERED that the unfair labor practice charge be and the same hereby is, DISMISSED.
