ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification from the representative for the complainant stating that Manchester School District, wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice charge against Manchester Education Association, NEA-NH for breach of contract by attempting to grieve/arbitrate non-renewal of non-tenured teacher, it is ORDERED that the unfair labor practice charge be and the same hereby is, DISMISSED.
