MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION The Board, meeting at its offices in Concord, New Hampshire, on January 23, 2002, took the following actions: 1. It reviewed the Library's Motion to Reconsider filed on January 7, 2002 and the Union's objections thereto filed on January 22, 2002. 2. It examined the Petition for Certification filed by the Union on September 12, 2001 and the Library's response thereto filed on September 24, 2001. 3. It reviewed the hearing officer's decision (Decision No. 2001-130) in this matter dated December 18, 2001. 4.
