ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification, in the form of a "Jointly Executed Stipulation" signed by counsel for each of the parties, the Nashua Police Supervisors Association, IBPO Local 418, seeks to withdraw, with prejudice, its unfair labor practice complaint against the Nashua Police Commission relative to breach of contract and unilateral change in working conditions by promoting a Technical Sergeant to a Lieutenant position vacancy, it is ORDERED that the unfair labor practice charge be, and the same hereby is, DISMISSED.
