ORDER The parties, while attending their scheduled Pre-Hearing Conference on January 18, 2002, discussed their respective positions regarding the Modification Petition filed by SEIU Local 1984, State Employees' Association of NH, Inc. Upon the hearing being convened by the Hearing Officer the parties, through their respective representatives, indicated to the Hearing Officer that they had come to an agreement and desired to stipulate to the request as presented in the Modification Petition. The parties mutually requested that the PELRB issue an order reflecting their agreement as its final order in this matter and it is therefore, ORDERED that it is hereby determined that there shall be a single bargaining unit comprised of all classified employees, excepting those classified employees excluded from the definition of public employee under the provisions of RSA 273-A:1,IX, who are employed in the present Department of Health and Human Services.
