ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification from the representative for the complainant stating that the City of Keene, wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice charge against Local 1984 SEIU, State Employees' Association of NH, Chapter 66 (Keene Police Supervisors) relative to failing to bargain in good faith and breach of contract when union negotiator repudiated assurances given in mediation, repudiated tentative agreement, and then pursued a grievance contrary to prior assurances to the contrary, it is ORDERED that the unfair labor practice charge be and the same hereby is, DISMISSED.
