ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification from the representative for the complainant stating that Local 1984 SEIU, State Employees' Association of NH, Chapter 66, Keene Police Supervisors, wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice charge against the City of Keene relative to breach of contract, failure to pay incremental compensation as required by Article XVI, Sec. 1 of CBA, it is ORDERED that the unfair labor practice charge be and the same hereby is, DISMISSED.
