The Board, meeting at its offices in Concord, New Hampshire on June 21, 2001, took the following actions:

1. It reviewed the Union's Motion for Rehearing filed on May 17, 2001 and the Town's objections thereto filed on May 31, 2001.

2. It examined the unfair labor practice (ULP) complaint filed by the Union on January 18, 2001, the Town's answer filed on February 2, 2001, the parties' agreed statement of facts filed on February 26, 2001 and the parties' amended agreed statement of facts filed March 7, 2001.

3. It reviewed its decision (Decision No. 2001-029) in this matter dated April 24, 2001 as well as the pertinent contract language as found at Article 29 of the parties' collective bargaining agreement which expired on December 31, 2000.

4. It DENIED the Union's Motion for Rehearing.
