ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification from the representative for the complainant stating that the  Wilton/Lyndeborough Cooperative Teachers Association/NEA-New Hampshire wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice charge against the Wilton/Lyndeborough Cooperative School Board relative to restraint of employees & refusal to bargain in good faith by failing to respond to Association request for information in preparation for Retirement Board hearing or about a proposed schedule, it is ORDERED that the unfair labor practice (ULP) complaint be, and the same hereby is DISMISSED.
