ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification from the representative for the complainant stating that the Teamsters Local 633 of New Hampshire/Plaistow Police Relief Association wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice charge against the Town of Plaistow relative to failure to bargain in good faith when management negotiator made untrue and defamatory comments about union negotiator to selectmen and others, it is ORDERED that the unfair labor practice (ULP) complaint be, and the same hereby is DISMISSED.
