ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification from the representative for the complainant stating that the Teamsters Local 633 of New Hampshire/Plaistow Police Relief Association wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice charge against the Town of Plaistow relative to breach of contract, failure to abide by Chief's settlement of a grievance by failure to recredit earned time allowance, it is ORDERED that the unfair labor practice (ULP) complaint be, and the same hereby is DISMISSED.
