ORDER Upon consideration of Respondent's Motion to Continue and with appropriate weight given to the consent of the Petitioner which has been obtained by the Respondent, it is hereby ordered that the evidentiary hearing scheduled for conduct on Thursday, June 21, 2001 is hereby continued. All provisions or orders previously issued that are not inconsistent with this rescheduling order remain in effect. Those earlier orders that make specific reference to scheduled dates for the production or exchange of information between the parties and to the PELRB shall be advanced in such manner as to reflect an identical number of days for performance as originally provided relative to the date of the re-scheduled hearing. This matter is now scheduled to be conducted at the Offices of the Public Labor Relations Board on Tuesday, July 10, 2001 beginning at 9:30 A. M.
