MOTION FOR REHEARING The Board, meeting at its offices in Concord, New Hampshire, on May 8, 2001, took the following actions: 1. It reviewed the City's Motion for Rehearing filed April l8, 2001 and the Union's objections thereto filed May 1, 2001. 2. It examined the Petition for Certification filed by the Union on November 20, 2000 and the City's answer, filed in two parts on December 4, 2000 and January 11, 2001. 3. It reviewed the hearing officer's decision (Decision No. 2001-009) in this matter dated February 15, 2001 and its affirmance thereof (Decision No. 2001-018) dated April 3, 2001. 4.
