ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT The parties, while attending their scheduled Pre-Hearing Conference on April 17, 2001, discussed their respective positions regarding the underlying complaint and, through their respective representatives, have agreed to return to negotiations. The parties further agreed, and it is, ORDERED that the unfair labor practice complaint filed by the Union which is the subject of this matter is hereby dismissed, without prejudice, from the PELRB's docket of cases.
