DECISION AND ORDER

After a sufficient passage of time and due consideration, the Board finds as follows:

1. The parties are subject to a Pre-Hearing Order dated September 28, 2000 which provided, inter alia, that

"5. Further, in the event that the grievance or arbitration process has not been completed by December 31, 2000, then the Association representative shall file a written status report with the PELRB. In the event no such report is filed, both matters shall be administratively dismissed by the PELRB."

2. No report having been filed through the date of this order, the matter now still between the parties, namely CASE NO. T-0223-20, is hereby administratively dismissed.

So Ordered.
