ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification from the representative for the complainant stating that Derry Education Association, NEA-New Hampshire, wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice charge against the Derry School District for dominating, coercing employees, interfering with Union administration and breach of contract by Superintendent's refusal to hear two grievances and by "threatening verbal assault and physical violence," it is ORDERED that the unfair labor practice charge and the same hereby is, DISMISSED.
