MOTION FOR REHEARING The Board, meeting at its offices in Concord, New Hampshire, on April 3, 2001, took the following actions: 1. It reviewed the Motion for Rehearing filed by the Association on December 8, 2000, the District's objections thereto filed on March 15, 2001, and the Association's Motion to Strike filed on March 28, 2001. 2. It examined the unfair labor practice (ULP) complaint filed by the Association on July 10, 2000, the District's answer and Motion to Dismiss filed July 25, 2000, the pre-hearing conference memorandum dated August 16, 2000 (Decision No. 2000-086) and the hearing briefs submitted by both parties on October 19, 2000. 3. It reviewed its decision (Decision No. 2000-116) in this matter dated November 8, 2000. 4. It GRANTED the Motion for Rehearing for
the limited purpose of permitting additional oral argument on
the parties' positions, with supporting legal memoranda to be
filed ten (10) days before that rehearing. So ordered. By unanimous decision. Alternate Chairman Bruce K. Johnson presiding. Members Richard E. Molan and Richard W. Roulx present and voting.
