MOTION FOR REVIEW OF HEARING OFFICERS DECISION

The Board, meeting at its offices in Concord, New Hampshire, on April 3, 2001, took the following actions:

1. It reviewed the City's Motion for Review of Hearing Officer's Decision and Request for Hearing filed on March 8, 2001 and the Union's objection thereto filed March 21, 2001.

2. It examined the Petition for Certification filed by the Union on November 20, 2000 and the City's answer filed on December 4, 2000 and an additional answer filed on January 11, 2001.

3. It reviewed the hearing officer's decision (Decision No. 2001-009) in this matter dated February 15, 2001.

4. Upon review of the hearing officer's decision and the documentary evidence in the file, it affirmed the decision of the hearing officer and DENIED the City's Motion for Review.

So ordered.
