ORDER GRANTING PETITION FOR CERTIFICATION Upon review of the Petition for Certification ("Petition") filed by the Chester Educational Support Personnel Association, NEA-New Hampshire ("Association") on January 22, 2001 and the Notice of Filing dated January 23, 2001 requiring a responsive pleading to said Petition to be filed on or before February 6, 2001, and having taken notice that no responsive pleading has been filed on or before the said February 6, 2001 due date or on any date thereafter prior to the date of this Order, it is hereby ORDERED that the Association's Petition for the positions of Instructional Assistants, Secretaries and Bookkeeper is hereby GRANTED. An Order of Election shall issue to the parties directing the District to submit a list of employees who are considered to be prospective and eligible voters for a bargaining agent election.
