EXCLUDED: Administrator, Director of Nursing Services, Social Services Director, Staff development Director, Volunteer Coordinator, Activities Director, housekeeping Supervisor, Dietary Manager, RN Nurse Manager, RN House Super. Office & Finance Manager Long-Term Case Counselor, Bookkeeper/LAN Supervisor, Administrative/Human Resources Assist. Receptionist/Typist Driver, Purchasing Agent, Cook I, Registered Nurse, Licensed Practice Nurse, Bedmaker, Restorative Program Coordinator, Laundry Supervisor, Maintenance Workers, Human Resources Director and MDS (Minimal Data Set) Coordinator. Further, IT IS ORDERED that the above named Public Employer shall negotiate collectively with the UNITED ELECTRICAL RADIO & MACHINE WORKERS OF AMERICA (UE) and enter into a written agreement with such employee organization with regard to terms and conditions of employment, and shall negotiate collectively with such employee organization in the determination of and administration of grievances.
