ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification from the representative for the complainant stating that Salem Education Association, NEA-New Hampshire, wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice charge against the Salem School District for breach of contract; failure and refusal to pay incumbent junior high school librarian the media coordinator stipend provided under Appendix B of CBA,  it is ORDERED that the unfair labor practice charge and the same hereby is, DISMISSED.
