ORDER GRANTING MODIFICATION PETITION The Board, meeting at its offices in Concord, New Hampshire, on January 13, 2000, took the following actions: 1. It reviewed the Modification Petition filed by the Commission on October 21, 1999 to exclude the position of Dispatch Supervisor from the bargaining unit and the Union's answer thereto filed on November 23, 1999. 2. It heard opening comments by the parties and their stipulation that they were jointly in agreement that the Dispatch Supervisor position should be removed from the bargaining unit. 3. It GRANTED the foregoing change in the bargaining unit and directed the parties to file a jointly submitted modification petition to reflect their agreement forthwith. 4.
