ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification from the representative for the complainant stating that the City of Keene, wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice charge against the SEA/Keene Police Officers relative to breach of contract, failure to abide by arbitrator's decision as being dispositive of call back pay provisions when time worked is contiguous to shift, it is ORDERED that the unfair labor practice charge by and the same hereby is, DISMISSED.
