ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification from the representative for the complainant stating that the SEA/Keene Police Officers, wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice charge against the City of Keene relative to breach of contract resulting from improper interpretation by an arbitrator who alleged certain notice requirements of the CBA, it is ORDERED that the unfair labor practice charge be and the same hereby is, DISMISSED.
