MOTION FOR REHEARING The Board, meeting at its offices in Concord, New Hampshire, on May 9, 2000, took the following actions: 1. It reviewed the Town's Motion for Rehearing and attached Motion to Hold in Abeyance, both filed on April l4, 2000 and the Union's objections thereto filed on May 1, 2000. 2. It examined the certification petition filed by the Union on November 2, 1999 and the Town's exceptions thereto filed on November 15, 1999, as well as post-hearing briefs filed by the parties on March 6, 2000. 3. It reviewed its decision in this matter (Decision No. 2000-024) dated March 20, 2000. 4. It DENIED the Motion for Rehearing and DENIED the Motion to Hold in Abeyance in accordance with N.H.
