                                                                    MOTION FOR REHEARING

The Board, meeting at its offices in Concord, New Hampshire, on April 20, 2000, took the following actions:

1. It reviewed the motion for rehearing filed by the Association on March 10, 2000 and the District's objections thereto filed March 23, 2000.

2. It examined the unfair labor practice (ULP) complaint filed by the Association on December 1, 1999 and the answer filed by the District on December 16, 1999.

3. It reviewed its decision (Decision No. 2000-013) in this matter dated February 9, 2000.

4. It DENIED the motion for rehearing.

So ordered
