ORDER GRANTING MODIFICATION PETITION
Pursuant to written notification from the respondent,
Hillsborough County Nursing Home, dated March 21, 2000, that
it was in agreement with the Modification Petition filed by
the International Chemical Workers Union Council/UFCW on
February 9, 2000 seeking inclusion of a physical therapist
position and an occupational therapist position in the
existing bargaining unit,
IT IS ORDERED that said Modification Petition is GRANTED and
that an amended unit certification document issue forthwith.
