ORDER GRANTING MODIFICATION PETITION

The Board, meeting at its offices in Concord, New Hampshire, on December 28, 1999, took the following actions:

1. It heard the parties' respective positions on the Modification Petition filed by the Union on October 8, 1999 seeking to delete the position of "Assistant Director Restorative Services" and "Volunteer Services Coordinator (also formerly known as "Hospice Volunteer Coordinator") from the bargaining unit and to add the position of "Director of Therapeutic Recreation" to the bargaining unit, noting no objection thereto from the County.

2. It GRANTED the foregoing change in the composition of the bargaining unit.

3. An amended certification document shall issue to reflect the foregoing changes.

So ordered.
