MOTION FOR REHEARING

The Board, meeting at its offices in Concord, New Hampshire, on March 16, 2000, took the following actions:

1. It reviewed the Union's Motion for Rehearing filed on February 25, 2000, pertaining to the Union's earlier motion to dismiss filed December 17, 1999, and the Town's objections thereto filed March 16, 2000.

2. It examined its original order in this matter in the form of an assented to Motion to Stay Proceedings reflected in Decision No. 1999-078 (July 21, 1999), inclusive of the reference therein pertaining to whether the PELRB has original jurisdiction in the Gary Fowler v. Seabrook case, now docketed as Case No. 99-245 by the New Hampshire Supreme Court.

3. It reviewed its denial of the Union's Motion to Dismiss as reflected in Decision No. 2000-011 (January 26, 2000),

4. It DENIED the Union's Motion for Rehearing. Reporting requirements reflected in Decision No. 1999-070 remain in effect and are to be filed on the quarterly schedule set forth therein.

So ordered.
