ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification from the representative for the complainant stating that the Education Association of Pittsfield/NEA-New Hampshire wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice complaint charge against the Pittsfield School District relative to refusal to bargain and unilateral implementation of a new teacher evaluation plan, it is ORDERED that the unfair labor practice charge be and the same hereby is DISMISSED.
