ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to notification from the Union's International Representative appearing before the PELRB on December 28, 1999 stating that the Union wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice against Hillsborough County Nursing Home relative to alleged violations of RSA 273-A:5 I (a) (b) and (c) pertaining to domination, coercion and interference with the organizational rights of employees, it is ORDERED that the unfair labor practice charge be and the same hereby is, DISMISSED.
