CROSS MOTION FOR REHEARING
The Board, meeting at its offices in
Concord, New Hampshire, on February 22, 2000, took the
following actions:
1. It reviewed (1) the Union's original and
amended Motions for Rehearing filed January 12 and 19,
2000, (2) the Town's Motion for Rehearing filed January 19,
2000 and (3) the Union's objections
to the Town's Motion for Rehearing filed on February 2, 2000.
2. It examined the unfair labor practice (ULP)
complaint filed by the Union on October 5, 1999 and the Town's
response thereto filed on October 21, 1999.
3. It reviewed its decision (Decision No. 1999-130) in this
matter dated December 23, 1999, noting, in particular, from
the record and as referenced in the Union's objections to the
Town's Motion for Rehearing, that both parties rested their
cases at the conclusion of testimony on October 28, 1999.
4. It DENIED both the Union's and the Town's
Motions for Rehearing.
