ORDER TO CONTINUE In accordance with the parties' joint stipulation that the continuance granted until February 15, 2000 in Decision No. 1999-124 be extended until after the completion of the pending criminal trial in this matter, next set to be heard on March 7, 2000, IT IS ORDERED that this matter stand continued on the PELRB's docket of cases until completion by the above-referenced criminal trial and its disposition by verdict or otherwise and, further, that within ten (10) days of said completion, counsel for the Association shall notify the PELRB if future hearing in this matter is requested or if the ULP is being withdrawn, failing which this case will thereafter be administratively dismissed from the PELRB's docket of cases.
