ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to an Order to Continue in this matter dated October 21, 1999 (Decision No. 1999-113) requiring either party to notify the PELRB on or before January 20, 2000 if it sought an additional hearing of the unfair labor practice charges filed by the County on August 30, 1999, it being determined that no such request has been filed, it is ORDERED that the unfair labor practice (ULP) complaint be, and the same hereby is, DISMISSED.
