MOTION FOR REHEARING OF HEARING OFFICER DECISION The Board, meeting at its offices in Concord, New Hampshire, on April 26, 1999, took the following actions: 1. It reviewed the Association's Motion for Rehearing filed on April 8, 1999 and the objections thereto filed by the District on April 16, 1999. 2. It examined (1) the modification petition filed by the District on July 23, 1998, (2) the objections filed by the Association on July 30, 1998, (3) the ULP filed by the Association on September 2, 1998, and (4) the answer filed by the District on September 16, 1998, all of which were consolidated for hearing. 3. It reviewed the hearing officer's decision (Decision No. 1999-021) in this matter dated March 7, 1999. 4.
