ORDER TO CONTINUE Whereas the Education Association of Pittsfield, NEA-New Hampshire, filed unfair labor practice charges against the Pittsfield School District on March 23, 1998, and the District duly answered those charges on April 7, 1998; and Whereas the parties acknowledge that the New Hampshire Supreme Court heard oral arguments on a case between them involving similar issues on March 4, 1999, the results of which may be dispositive of the subject matter of the pending ULP; and Whereas the parties have requested and not objected to, respectively, the continuance of this matter on the PELRB's docket for a period of six (6) months pending the deliberations of the New Hampshire Supreme Court in the earlier matter; IT IS ORDERED that this matter stand continued on the PELRB's docket of cases until November 1, 1999 after which it will be scheduled for hearing if the parties have not requested an additional continuance prior to that date.
