MOTION FOR REHEARING The Board, meeting at its offices in Concord, New Hampshire, on April 1, 1999, took the following actions: 1. It reviewed the Town's letter of March 9, 1999 and its Motion for Rehearing filed March 19, 1999 as well as the objections of Teamsters Local 633 filed March 30, 1999. 2. It examined the Teamsters petition for certification filed August 10, 1998 and the Town's answers and exceptions filed August 25, 1998. 3. It reviewed the hearing officer's decision (Decision No. 1998-098) in this matter dated December 3, 1998 and its affirmance thereof in the form of Decision No. 1999-014 dated March 3, 1999. 4.
