MOTION TO RECONSIDER The Board, meeting at its offices in Concord, New Hampshire, on March 18, 1999, took the following actions: 1. It reviewed the Association's Motion to Reconsider filed on February 26, 1999 and the Town's objections thereto filed on March 12, 1999. 2. It examined the Town's unfair labor practice (ULP) filed on July 29, 1998 and the Association's answer filed on August 13, 1998. 3. It reviewed the hearing officer's decision (Decision No. 1998-095) in this matter dated November 18, 1998 and its affirmance thereof in the form of Decision No. 1999-003 dated January 27, 1999. 4.
