APPEAL OF DECISION OF HEARING OFFICER The Board, meeting at its offices in Concord, New Hampshire, on March 18, 1999, took the following actions: 1. It reviewed the Association's appeal filed February 26, 1999 and the County's objections thereto filed March 12, 1999. 2. It examined the Association's unfair labor practice (ULP) filed November 18, 1998 and the County's answer filed December 3, 1998. 3. It reviewed the hearing officer's decision (Decision No. 1999-005) dated January 29, 1999 on respondent's Motion to Dismiss. 4. It REVERSED the hearing officer's Order on Motion to Dismiss; it AFFIRMED that the period of time from May 18, 1998 to November 18, 1998 was not more than six (6) months under RSA 273-A:6 VII; and it REMANDED this matter to the hearing officer for hearing on the merits.
