APPEAL FROM DECISION OF HEARING OFFICER

The Board, meeting at its offices in Concord, New Hampshire, on March 18, 1999, took the following actions:

1. It reviewed the City's Appeal from Decision of Hearing Officer filed March 5, 1999 and the Union's objections thereto filed on March 18, 1999.

2. It examined the Union's unfair labor practice (ULP)filed August 6, 1998, the City's answer filed August21, 1998, the City's Motion to Dismiss dated October 30, 1998 and received at the hearing of the same date and the Union's written objection thereto filed November 18, 1998.

3. It reviewed the hearing officer's decision (Decision No. 1999-004) in this matter dated February 4, 1999.

4. It DENIED the City's Appeal from Decision of Hearing Officer.

So Ordered.
