It reviewed the Union's Appeal from Decision of Hearing Officer filed March 12, 1999 and the Town's objections thereto filed March 11, 1999. 2. It examined the Union's Petition for Certification filed November 16, 1998 and the Town's answer thereto filed December 1, 1998. 3. It reviewed the Hearing Officer's decision (Decision No. 1999-012) dated February 24, 1999. 4. It DENIED the Union's Appeal from Decision of Hearing Officer.
