MOTION DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to the Motion to Continue as reflected in Decision No. 1998-056 (June 19, 1998) and with no notification having been given to this agency by either party requesting further hearing in this matter on or before February 15, 1999 it is ORDERED that the unfair labor practice (ULP) complaints of the Education Association of Pittsfield, NEA-New Hampshire filed on March 26, 1998 and March 30, 1998 as Case Nos.
