ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification from the representative for the complainant stating that the Kearsarge Regional Education Association, NEA-New Hampshire, wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice charge against the Kearsarge Regional School District relative to bad faith bargaining, breach of contract, failure to fund employer's 85% of health insurance premium and failure to submit adequate health care costs to legislative body, it is, ORDERED that the unfair labor practice charge be and the same hereby is, DISMISSED.
