ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification from the representative for the complainant stating that Dana Stevens, wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice charge against the Laconia School District relative to breach of contract, denial of access to grievance procedure (grievance filed after no longer an employee) and constructive discharge, it is ORDERED that the unfair labor practice charge be and the same hereby is, DISMISSED.
