ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT      Pursuant to written notification from the representative for the complainant stating that the International Brotherhood of Police Officers, Local 565, wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice charge against the Town of Derry relative to bad faith bargaining and refusal to negotiate by adding new proposals to negotiations after rejection Of fact finder's report, regressive bargaining, it is ORDERED that the unfair labor practice charge be and the same hereby is, DISMISSED.
