ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT       Pursuant to written notification from the representative for the complainant stating that the State Employees Association of New Hampshire, SEIU, Local 1984 wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice charge against the Town of Ashland relative to interference w/employee rights, discouraging membership & refusal to negotiate as the result of unilateral changes in health insurance benefits during organizational campaign, it is ORDERED that the petition for unfair labor practice be and the same hereby is, DISMISSED.
